No. Thumos is not a therapist and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is a reflective tool - a mirror, not a prescription.
Who sees my conversations?
Your conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate responses and synthesis. Thumos is designed so your data stays private to you. No advertising use or sale of your data is part of the product.
How does the soul file work?
As you talk, Thumos listens for patterns - your words, your metaphors, your contradictions, and what you avoid. Every few exchanges, it updates your soul file. Over multiple conversations, the portrait becomes richer and more precise.
What AI powers Thumos?
Thumos uses Claude, made by Anthropic. Conversation responses use Claude Opus, and soul-file synthesis uses Claude models tuned for reflection and extraction.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete My Data. This permanently deletes your conversations, soul file, and device identity. You can also email [email protected].
Is Thumos free?
Yes. Thumos is free to use.

Thumos is built for iPhone. Replace the App Store placeholder link on the landing page with your live App Store URL once the listing is published.
